I'm not usually a review giver, but yesterday we had our heating boiler serviced by George from Here for Heat.
He was very competent, on time, efficient, and all the other things you'd expect, but don't always find.
But more than that he was personable, helpful, and went out of his way to make us pleased and happy with his work and visit.
And to Here for Heat, I'd really recommend that you don't loose him .. he's a real asset to your company.
While I'm at it, Chelse-May in the office was also a delight on the phone, and also a real asset to the impression customers get from your company.

Quick response to emergency with Boiler , but unable to remedy as it was an electrical fault and to my surprise(as they had installed the Boiler only 3 or 4 years previously) there was nothing they could do. So had the call out charge to pay for nothing and then cost of electrician, which made it an expensive exercise.
