I am very satisfied with the work done at my property in July 2025 over six days. The installers (of a Bosch air source heat pump system, replacing a combi gas boiler) were friendly and professional, and respectful of my needs and my belongings. It was a difficult job because of the small space for the tank, but the result is very compact and neat. There were a few small problems, and communication was occasionally incomplete, but these difficulties were quickly and courteously corrected. My feedback has been welcomed, so I feel assured that the company will continue to give very good and reliable service in providing this new technology.
