Booked up annual service and replacement part for my 13 year old Gas boiler from Here 4 Heat. Kian was the engineer who came out to do the job  and was very promted on his timing . . He was very efficient in explaining what was going on and regarding the old part he replaced showed me how it was worn down and needed replacing. Nice to see a young man with good communication skills and having the time to explain. Katie, in the office was also very efficient in booking the orginol Service up and even though they had to cancel the orginol date of booking, Libby in the office was very efficient in explaining why and re - scheduling the new date and time that suited me. The team at Here4Heat have all been fantastic with our air conditioning installation. From our initial quote with Steve, liaising with Katie with any enquiries, and Dan, Danny, Kian and Jamie installing the system, the whole process has been seamless and exceptional. Josh and Kian did an excellent job installing air conditioning in the bedroom. They arrived on time and worked efficiently explaining to us what they were doing. They covered everything while they were working and left no mess. They were very friendly and had a good working relationship with each other. I am very satisfied with the work done at my property in July 2025 over six days. The installers (of a Bosch air source heat pump system, replacing a combi gas boiler) were friendly and professional, and respectful of my needs and my belongings. It was a difficult job because of the small space for the tank, but the result is very compact and neat. There were a few small problems, and communication was occasionally incomplete, but these difficulties were quickly and courteously corrected.
