Prices start from £195 for a standard swap. If extra wiring is needed, we’ll give you a fixed quote before starting.

You can do either. We can supply popular smart controls like Tado, Nest, and Bosch EasyControl, or we’re happy to fit a thermostat you’ve purchased yourself. Please note, if you provide your own unit and it develops a fault, any return visits will be chargeable for labour.

A straight swap usually takes around 30–60 minutes. Installing a new smart control with app setup or multi-zone configuration can take a little longer, typically 1–2 hours.

Yes. When fitting a smart thermostat, our engineer will download the app with you, connect it to your Wi-Fi, and give a quick demonstration so you know exactly how to use it before we leave.

Yes. If your heating system supports it, we can install multi-zone thermostats so you can control upstairs and downstairs (or different rooms) separately. We’ll explain your options during the survey.
