These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the basis on which Here4Heat Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides heating, plumbing and related services to customers (“you”, “your”).
By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide domestic and commercial heating, plumbing and gas engineering services, including:

• Boiler installation, servicing and repairs
• Central heating system upgrades and maintenance
• Plumbing work and general heating support

3. Quotations and pricing

• All quotations are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Quotations are based on the information provided at the time. If additional works are required once on site (e.g. unforeseen faults, safety issues, or access problems), we will notify you before proceeding.
• Prices include labour and materials as specified. VAT is charged at the applicable rate.

4. Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed once you accept our quotation verbally, in writing, or via email.
• We may request a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is payable on completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash.
• Late payments may incur interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a call-out charge.
• If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

6. Warranties and guarantees

• All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the completion date unless otherwise stated.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to products and equipment installed.
• Guarantees are void if faults arise from misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or lack of maintenance.

7. Access and responsibilities

• You must provide safe access to the property and ensure that work areas are clear.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or health and safety risks.
• You must inform us of any relevant property conditions (e.g. asbestos, poor electrics, structural issues).

8. Liability

• We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Materials and ownership

• Any materials supplied remain our property until full payment is received.
• We may remove unused materials or equipment from site once work is complete.

10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us at info@here4heat.com.
We will investigate your complaint and respond promptly.
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Gas Safe Register or Citizens Advice for guidance.

11. Website use

We take care to ensure accuracy but accept no responsibility for errors or omissions.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
